Get to know your IHF Program Manager, Eva Aguilar.

Q: What are you most excited about in your new position? 

A: I am thrilled to be part of the incredible Idaho Hispanic Foundation (IHF), where I can contribute to building, expanding, and growing while supporting our community. I'm eager to take part in planning impactful activities that this organization will bring to the state of Idaho. Most importantly, I am excited to work alongside peers who share the same commitment to helping our community thrive.   

Q: If you could describe yourself in one word, what would it be and why? 

A: One word that describes me: Vibrant."

It reflects my joyful energy, resilience, and enthusiasm for celebrating others and embracing positivity, no matter the challenges. 

Q: What’s the best piece of advice you ever received? 

A: One of the best pieces of advice I received was: You can become anything you strive to be if you truly believe in yourself.

Q: What attracted you to this company and role? 

A: Our agency motivates and encourages small businesses & entrepreneurs to dream big and launch and grow and scale their businesses. In doing so, they (we) are building generational wealth, growing our economy, uplifting communities and closing the economy opportunity gap that exists today. I want to be part of the efforts that are helping our community reach its full economic potential and is why I am excited to be here.
