Consulado de Colombia - Consulado Movil en Nampa

El Consulado General de Colombia en San Francisco invita a la comunidad colombiana residente en Idaho y estados cercanos a participar en la jornada de Consulado Móvil que se realizará en:

📅 Fecha: 13 y 14 de noviembre de 2025
📍 Lugar: Centro Cultural Hispano – 315 Stampede Dr., Nampa, Idaho 83687

Durante la jornada se podrán realizar los siguientes trámites:

🗂️ Con cita:
– Pasaportes
– Cédula de ciudadanía
– Reconocimiento de firma

🗳️ Sin cita:
– Certificado de fe de vida o supervivencia
– Permiso de salida de menor
– Entrega de cédulas y pasaportes
– Inscripción de cédulas para votación

📲 La solicitud de cita deberá hacerse sólo el miércoles 29 de octubre, mediante mensaje de texto enviado al teléfono 833-578-0409 a partir de las 8:00 a.m. (hora Nampa).

Share the Day - Nov. 20th

  • Share the Day is a collaborative event hosted by IHF, Region III Housing Coalition, and the Idaho Immunization Coalition, dedicated to supporting our community. Taking place at the Idaho Hispanic Community Center, this event will serve over 400 individuals and families by providing access to;
  • health services,
  • valuable community resources,
  • warm coats,
  • food boxes, and a hot meal.

This is a free event — both for attendees and for organizations who wish to participate or partner.

Citizenship Classes - Feb. 19th - April 16th

Join our Citizenship Preparation Classes!
 
These classes are designed to help you prepare for the process of becoming a U.S. citizen, including information about the naturalization interview and test, since implementing these classes we have seen 20 individuals pass their test and 4 who have their appointment set up.

Dia De Las Velitas - Dec. 7th

El Día de las Velitas takes place on December 7th, people around Colombia light colorful candle luminaries (farolitos) and place them all over their towns – on sidewalks, balconies, and windowsills. 

The candle is the symbol of hope and light for the future in the new year to come.

To share this beautiful tradition with our community, we will hold a workshop to:

-teach adults and children how to make led tea light farolitos (luminaries), 

-present the history of this celebration 

-invite families to place the farolitos in the front area of the Hispanic community center. 

-Traditional Colombian folkloric dancers, food, entertainment and contests
